About Andressa machado

Hello! I’m a trained gastronomy professional (Gastronomia) from IESB since 2018, and I’m passionate about turning ingredients into memorable experiences. To improve my technique and broaden my repertoire, I traveled to Europe, where I took a few mini-courses, and I stay constantly updated with trainings through Eduk.

As a personal chef, I create custom menus that highlight flavor, presentation, and care in every detail—whether it’s an intimate dinner, a family lunch, or a special event. I work with fresh ingredients and prepare every dish with love, so you can simply enjoy the best of gastronomy in the comfort of your own home.

Contratei o Jantar Especial da Andressa para um jantar a dois. O risoto de camarão estava muito bom e a panna cotta fechou com chave de ouro; a chef chegou uns 10 minutos atrasada, mas no geral fiquei satisfeito.
