I’m a food consulting professional and I run a consulting and management company. I have more than 20 years of experience in the field, and I’ve also worked as a personal chef.

I have knowledge across a wide range of specializations in regional and international dishes.

I teach wood-fired stove courses in homes, as well as specialized courses (individual or in small groups) focused on affordable/home-style cuisine (low-brow food), bar food, and Italian cooking.

I’m a professional specialized in sourcing ingredients, reducing food waste, and food safety.
