I’m Le Cordon Bleu RJ trained. I’ve been working as a Personal Chef for 3 years, and I also do events through my own catering service and through partners. I taught at a culinary school, and I participated in events hosting live cooking demonstrations in 2023, 2024, and 2025. I also work on producing handmade pastas and sauces. As a personal chef, I create menus, check inventory (including checking expiration dates and determining purchase needs), and prepare daily dishes or whatever the client requires. I’m part of the Associação Brasileira de Chefs de Cozinha e Bartenders (ABRAChefs) and the FIC Brasile — Italian Cooking Federation.
Contratei a Elaine para um jantar privado aqui em casa e fiquei muito satisfeito. A massa artesanal e os molhos estavam sensacionais, ela trouxe parte do serviço semi pronto e a ajudante ajudou a finalizar. Deixou a cozinha limpa e ainda fez as compras conforme combinamos, recomendo demais.
As marmitas da semana chegaram certinhas e fiquei encantada com a variedade e o equilíbrio das refeições. Ela montou o cardápio conforme minha alimentação, tudo identificado e pronto para a semana.
Fiz a aula de culinária de 4h com a Elaine e adorei: ela explicou as técnicas com calma e a parte prática foi ótima. Saí confiante para refazer as massas artesanais que aprendemos.
Pedi um jantar privado e a comida estava muito boa, sabor bem equilibrado, mas o serviço começou com uns 15 minutos de atraso. Fora isso, ela foi simpática, organizada e deixou tudo limpo no final.
