Hello, My name is Fernanda Souza, and cooking has always been part of my life.
I have over 10 years of experience making artisanal savory pastries, and in 2024 I professionalized by completing a Gastronomy course at Instituto Gourmet, where I fell even more in love with the field. Currently, I’m also taking a Gastronomy degree at UNINTER, to keep evolving and learning more and more.
I never imagined being away from the kitchen. For me, cooking is a way to show affection and create special experiences through food. I love developing recipes, creating seasonings, and coming up with unique combinations—always bringing personality to every preparation.
My kitchen brings together dedication, creativity, and a lot of care in every detail.
