Hi,
My name is Giovane Guerreiro. I’m a chef and a foodservice consultant, originally from São Paulo and currently based in Rio de Janeiro.
I have experience as an executive chef, professor, and consultant, with a focus on events such as personal chef services and setting up and structuring foodservice operations.
I specialize in inclusive cuisine: gluten-free, lactose-free, Low FODMAP, and zero refined-sugar/refined-food eating—serving specific audiences with quality and safety.
I’m a winner of the reality show “Cozinhe se Puder – Mestres da Sabotagem,” broadcast on SBT and Discovery Channel, which highlights my technique and consistency in the kitchen.
I handle exclusive events, menu development, and consulting for restaurants.
