I’m Chef Jonas San, a government-certified sushi chef, with over 10 years of experience. I studied at Nagoya, a world reference for traditional sushi, and worked in high-end restaurants in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.
I offer exclusive experiences such as tasting menus, Omakase dinners, and customized events—tailored to the space, occasion, and the client’s preferences.
I work with seasonal ingredients, premium fish, and delicacies, combining technique, aesthetics, and flavor in every detail.
Each event is designed to be unique, sensory, and memorable.
