About Chef Joyce
I’m a graduate of SENAC Rio as an Executive Chef. I worked in the restaurant network of the Troisgros group—at the TTburger hamburger restaurant and in Claude Troisgros’ other venues. I opened a business in Brasília, where I lived for seven years, and today I’m back here in Rio de Janeiro, bringing my culinary experience to share with my customers.
