I’ve always loved cooking. Since I was little, I admired my mother, who’s from Minas Gerais and does an amazing job in the kitchen. She even worked for many years at a Swiss school as a cook. In 2020, during the pandemic, everything started: I was training online and gradually putting on weight, so I joined a 21-day weight-loss challenge and, at the same time, I kept improving my healthy recipes because I wanted to lose weight and I love eating. We returned to in-person life, and day by day people who saw my meal-prep containers wanted the recipes. That’s when I got the idea to create Ju Marmiteira, and with it many delicious recipes—and the best part: they’re healthy. On this app, I’m available to help you organize your healthy eating—from dinners to get-togethers.
