About Chef Julia
A food enthusiast with 15 years of experience abroad and in Brazil, I built a strong path through professional kitchens. I lived for 12 years in Europe, studied gastronomy, and specialized in rice dishes in Spain. I’m a specialist in Spanish, Mediterranean, French, International, and Brazilian (Northeastern) cuisine. I create personalized menus for events and catering, as well as weekly and every-two-week menus. I’ve worked in high-end hotels, industrial kitchens, and restaurants such as the enigmatic Camarena Tapas Bar, in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Valencia. With love for my profession, I handle personalized, themed menus, as well as a weekly meal-prep (marmitas) menu—Fit and Low Carb.
