A true Carioca and musician at heart, Chef Luiz Lowndes built a solid, multifaceted path in Brazilian and international gastronomy. With training in culinary arts, restaurant management, and specializations in Japanese cuisine and other culinary directions, he developed an original, cosmopolitan approach. His time in New York and Boston—where he refined techniques in Italian-cuisine restaurants—expanded his repertoire even further. Throughout his career, he has created exclusive experiences in contemporary and Asian cooking, always combining technique, creativity, and sensitivity in every service.

Chamei o Chef Lowndes pro pacote Um Cantinho a Beira Mar para um jantar em casa. O mini risoto de camarão com abóbora estava leve e bem temperado e o bolinho de bacalhau do chef fez sucesso; ele fez as compras e deixou a cozinha limpa. Teve um atraso de uns 10 minutos no início, por isso dou 4, mas fora isso recomendo.

Fiquei encantada com o jantar Notas de um Chef - pedi o Filé Mignon ao Molho de Nozes com Fetuccine ao Pesto de Tomate Seco e a sobremesa Parfait de Coco foi divina. O chef chegou no horário, preparou tudo com muito cuidado e ainda deixou a cozinha impecável. Recomendo demais para quem quer um jantar especial em casa.

Contratei a Cozinha de Autor pro meu jantar e o Sashimi de Salmão black no maçarico foi o grande destaque. Apresentação linda e sabor equilibrado; o chef foi super profissional e vou chamar de novo.
