I’m a chef with over 18 years of professional experience, with more than half of that time devoted to Michelin kitchens in Europe. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong command of many cuisines from around the world and built a signature kitchen defined by precise technique, creativity, and deep respect for the ingredients. My hands-on training in high-end European dining environments has given me rigor, discipline, and the sensitivity to create sophisticated culinary experiences—whether in restaurants, private events, or self-led projects.
