I’m a personal chef and specialist with international experience gained through exchanges in England, Italy, and Switzerland. I speak English and Italian fluently. I work with high-level, national, and international cuisine, with a focus on Asian, Brazilian, and Italian gastronomy. I have extensive experience preparing handmade pasta, breads, and fine sweets, such as macarons, mochi, brigadeiros, and other delicate desserts. I also offer customized bento-style meals for children, fit options for adults who want to gain muscle or lose weight, as well as practical, balanced frozen meals—always with strict hygiene standards and the proper use of PPE. I set tables and organize special dinners with a complete menu, including appetizers, starters, main courses, and desserts, always prioritizing presentation, flavor, and the client’s overall dining experience.
