About Chef Pedro Thomaz
I’ve been passionate about food and cooking since childhood, when I discovered in the kitchen a place for creativity and connection. I turned that passion into a profession and earned my degree in Gastronomy from Mackenzie, complementing my training with specialization courses in the field. For every experience, I bring dedication, skill, and a desire to create special moments through food.

Contratei o Menu exclusivo e o crudo de filé-mignon com aioli defumado foi o destaque da noite. O Pedro foi super profissional e a apresentação impecável, só teve um atraso de uns 15 minutos.

Tivemos o catering para evento em casa e os dadinhos de tapioca e a mandioca frita fizeram sucesso entre os convidados. Gostei muito, só achei o tempero um pouco mais suave do que eu costumo preferir.
