I’m a chef with 13 years of experience in the field.
I started in Vitória, Espírito Santo (ES), and then I moved abroad, where I stayed for about 7 years.
While I was outside Brazil, I learned a few culinary styles, and the ones that left the biggest impression on me were Mexican and Italian! That’s where I truly feel at home, and I love being able to make them.
