About Chef Rai Caixeta

I’ve been working in gastronomy for over 7 years, with training in Gastronomy and specialization courses from SENAC and SEBRAE. I have experience in Brazilian, Italian, French, and Arabic cooking, as well as confectionery, desserts, and custom fit menus—gluten-free and lactose-free.

I work as a Personal Chef for residences, events, dinners, and special celebrations, creating exclusive dining experiences and made-to-measure menus. I’ve also taken part in projects focused on highlighting the ingredients of the Cerrado region, as well as gastronomic experiences in Chapada dos Veadeiros.

My goal is to deliver convenience, flavor, and memorable moments through a creative, welcoming, high-quality kitchen.
