My first contact with food happened very early, accompanying my mother in event production and the creation of sculpted cakes—an experience that sparked my passion for cooking. After high school, I pursued courses in the field, and with every lesson, my desire to go deeper into this world only grew. Later, I enrolled in culinary school, where I could develop techniques, refine my skills, and rediscover myself as a professional. Today, I’m starting a new chapter of my journey with dedication, care, and love for cooking—ready to turn every service into a special experience.

Que jantar! O Jantar 3 tempos do Chef Ray foi perfeito: começamos com a Salada Niçoise desconstruída, o polvo grelhado com purê de batata-doce roxa estava sensacional e a panna cotta de baunilha fechou tudo com muito sabor. Fiquei encantada com o cuidado e ele ainda deixou a cozinha limpa - recomendo demais.

Tive o menu Clássico & Elegante na minha casa e foi tudo maravilhoso. O carpaccio de entrada surpreendeu, o filé mignon ao molho de vinho tinto com gratin dauphinois era super caprichado e a tarte tatin foi um sucesso entre os convidados. O chef foi muito profissional e deixou a cozinha impecável.

Contratei o Jantar 3 tempos e escolhi o Toque latino: o salmão grelhado ao molho de maracujá e pimenta com arroz cremoso de limão-siciliano agradou geral, e a mousse de chocolate amargo com pimenta e flor de sal fechou bem. Fiquei muito satisfeito e recomendo.
