About Chef Theo Stracke
Nice to meet you—I’m Theo. I’ve been cooking since I learned from my grandma. I’ve never worked in restaurants, but I can cook what I know, and if there’s something I don’t know yet, I’ll learn. I love spicy food, but if you don’t, I can adapt anything.
I make both sweet and savory dishes. I have training in baking and I know how to make breads and pizzas. When it comes to sweets, my specialties are more “old-school” desserts like Chico balanced (chico balanceado), meringue (suspiro), ambrosia (ambrosia), and more.
And as always and it should never be missing: the love I put into the food I make is indescribable!
