Contratei o jantar privado do Victor para comemorar com a família e fiquei encantada. O menu especial estava muito bem executado, ele fez as compras, cuidou de tudo e deixou a cozinha limpa - recomendo demais.

About Chef Victor Alves
Since I was 14, I’ve discovered my passion for food. I began my journey at a salad startup, Ogarri, and since then I’ve worked in various bakeries and kitchens that have shaped my experience and culinary perspective. I’m trained in Culinary Arts and I’m currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Brazilian Cooking and Techniques. I’ve been working as a Personal Chef for over 3 years, running events, dinners, and celebrations—from bite-size sweets to big weddings. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Chef Carole Crema, a major inspiration in Brazilian pastry. I carry the purpose of creating unique dining experiences through food—with flavor, technique, and care.

As marmitinhas do Victor chegaram frescas, sabor caseiro e prática pra semana - tudo certo, gostei muito.

Pedi a marmita da semana e a comida estava saborosa e bem equilibrada; fiquei satisfeita. Só achei o tempero mais suave do que eu costumo comer, mas no geral foi ótimo.
