Chef Victor Alves

Since I was 14, I’ve discovered my passion for food. I began my journey at a salad startup, Ogarri, and since then I’ve worked in various bakeries and kitchens that have shaped my experience and culinary perspective. I’m trained in Culinary Arts and I’m currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Brazilian Cooking and Techniques. I’ve been working as a Personal Chef for over 3 years, running events, dinners, and celebrations—from bite-size sweets to big weddings. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Chef Carole Crema, a major inspiration in Brazilian pastry. I carry the purpose of creating unique dining experiences through food—with flavor, technique, and care.
