I’m trained in Gastronomy and have a postgraduate degree in Functional Gastronomy. I have experience in professional cooking and artisan production, having worked in a home production setting making breads and in a restaurant, going through cold kitchen operations, leading the hot kitchen, and supporting pastry work.
My goal is to turn every meal into a pleasurable, welcoming, and memorable experience, with attention to detail and care in every preparation.

Contratei a Experiência Gastronômica em Casa com a Chef Vitória. O capellini com cogumelos e o medalhão de filé mignon estavam muito bem executados e a mousse de maracujá fechou bem, só que ela se atrasou uns 15 minutos e a sobremesa veio um pouco menor do que eu esperava, por isso dou 4 estrelas. No mais, fiquei satisfeito e ela deixou a cozinha limpinha.

Peguei a marmita da semana e adorei - a lasanha à bolonhesa veio saborosa e a couve refogada combinou super bem. As frutas higienizadas e cortadas facilitaram muito a minha rotina, chegou tudo certinho e a cozinha ficou impecável. Recomendo demais.

Fui surpreendida no jantar em casa: as bruschettas com cream cheese e presunto de Parma abriram muito bem, o bife ancho grelhado com salada de batata estava suculento e a harmonização de vinhos completou tudo. A mousse de chocolate branco com geleia de frutas vermelhas foi a cereja do bolo e ela ainda cuidou da limpeza da cozinha - fiquei encantada.
