Chef Vivi

I’m from Rio Grande do Sul (Gaúcha), and I built much of my professional journey there, working for many years in food and gastronomy.

My experience includes high-level early childhood schools and senior care institutions—environments that taught me to work with responsibility, organization, care, and attention to each audience’s specific needs. I also worked as a head cook and in different roles across the culinary field, developing experience with home-style cooking, preparing meals, producing food at a larger scale, pastry and baking, events, and kitchen organization.

Throughout my journey, I realized that my work could go beyond traditional cooking—bringing practicality and care directly into people’s homes. That’s how Vivi Personal Chef – Home Cooking was born.
