After working in different kitchens across Rio de Janeiro for 13 years, I’ve explored many culinary concepts. I’ve had the pleasure and honor of learning dishes and cultures from all over the world. It’s been a huge privilege to have my palate shaped from a very early age by the excellent chef and pastry maker who was my Mom—an amazing reference for me in both gastronomy and life.
