Hotel Toriba – Campos do Jordão – SP Carême Bistrô – Rio de Janeiro – RJ Restaurante Laurent – São Paulo – SP Restaurante DOM – São Paulo – SP

He was Executive Chef for 10 years at Pousada Ilha do Papagaio – Palhoça – SC, and Kitchen Chef for 7 years at Terraço Cacupé in Florianópolis – SC, where he developed menus, services, and events for these venues.
