My cooking has been with me since my teenage years, when I learned that in every meal we put all our love and energy into the next one. I started with my parents, who had a “catering” setup—we served some small air-taxi companies back then. I also ran an at-home buffet, but due to a few situations I ended it and began working for others. Today I work as a private chef at home and also provide services for some chefs. I build the menu based on each client’s needs—traditional menus, vegan options, gluten-free, lactose-free, and desserts/pastry.
