Specializing in Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Mediterranean, Mexican, and country-style (caipira) cuisine, I am a member—and I serve as president of the Associazione Italiana Cuochi in Brazil. I work on family celebrations, corporate events, catering, and other types of event services. I create customized menus, as well as menu suggestions provided by the client—excellence is the very foundation of my work.
