20 years of experience in gastronomy and hospitality as a Chef, working in Italian cuisine restaurants such as: Grecco Cozinha Rústica, Casa Europa, La Nonna Di Lucca, among others. Fresh pasta, sauces, ragùs—everything with a lot of technique and an unmatched flavor. My cooking features plenty of fresh herbs, citrus, and long, slow cooking. Comfort food with a rustic touch and great respect for every ingredient.
