My name is Gil Oliveira, a personal chef dedicated to creating tailored dining experiences for every client. I develop exclusive menus for events, intimate dinners, or your weekly routine, always respecting individual preferences and dietary needs.
I work with homemade cuisine as well as international flavors, including barbecue, Italian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern. I can adapt the menu for healthy options, vegan meals, low-carb choices, gluten-free options, or other dietary restrictions.
I handle ingredient selection, on-site preparation or ready-to-eat delivery, with discreet service that’s punctual, attentive, and focused on hygiene. My goal is to turn every meal into a special, memorable moment.
