I’m passionate about food and I believe cooking goes far beyond ingredients—it’s made of affection, care, and stories. Every dish I prepare carries an intention: to create special moments through flavor, awakening memories and feelings in every bite.
My training comes from a practical and passionate journey. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to courses in different areas, such as pizzas, breads, pastas, and risottos—always seeking to improve techniques and explore new flavors. I’ve worked in restaurants, and today I focus on bringing events to life.
More than teaching recipes, I want to offer an emotional and memorable experience. Each class is thoughtfully planned with care, taking into account the context and what we want to celebrate or learn together.
