I’ve been trained in gastronomy and fine dining for 7 years, and I’ve worked as a personal chef for 5. My journey included incredible kitchens like Casa Baco, Gretas, and Ticiana Werner, where I learned a lot—but it was outside of those spaces that I truly understood what it means to cook. I grew up watching strong women cook with love, conveying affection through food, and I think that’s where everything started for me. Today, I don’t just cook; I turn food into memories, affection, a moment…

Because in the end… it’s not only about what’s on the plate… it’s about what stays.
