I’d love the opportunity to share with you this fusion of culinary knowledge built along my journey—guided by my mother’s inspiration… I’m a fan of simple cuisine, but full of colors and flavors—a fusion of Brazilian cooking… I’m a member of Abrachefs and FIC BRASILE (Italian Federation of Cooks), where I can also offer you a bit of simple yet rich Italian cuisine.
