Comidinhas da Jú - Healthy Weekly Meals
Preparation of 7 dishes chosen by the customer. Meals will be prepared in your home. They must be stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 7 days. The goal of this service is to offer a moment of harmony and nutrition with your family and friends. Portions serve 2 to 3 people.
Training for home cooks at the client’s home
I train your home cook. I teach techniques and how to prepare healthy meals to make your routine more nutritious and practical. We prepare 7 dishes of your choice.
