I have 4 years of experience and aim to combine technique and dedication to create meals that highlight the best of every occasion. My journey includes a course in functional chef, classic cooking training at Senac, and ongoing education in gastronomy. I work with barbecue, seafood, home-style, and Italian cuisine, preparing dishes that can range from the comfort of home cooking to the sophistication of classic flavors. My focus is to deliver a personalized experience, with well-executed dishes thoughtfully designed to delight.
