Hi, my name is Vanessa!!! I’m trained in gastronomy and functional nutrition. My journey began in childhood with my maternal and paternal grandmothers; I come from a Spanish and Neapolitan family. Cooking has always been an art and a passion for me—where I can do my own alchemy. I’ve been to a few places around the world, and along the way I’ve been building my “bag”: experiences and a broad taste memory. I’ve worked with some restaurants and chefs who helped me develop my skills and techniques! I work as a personal chef, and I enjoy understanding and getting to know what my client needs.
