I’m a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary world. I started my journey by washing dishes in a restaurant and, through a lot of effort, worked my way up to line cook and then to chef. I have a college degree in Gastronomy, and I work as a Personal Chef, creating unique experiences with customized menus and fresh ingredients. I specialize in contemporary Italian and Brazilian cuisine, always focusing on flavor, technique, and presentation. My difference is the care I put into every detail and my passion for surprising clients with every dish.
