My journey

I’m Chef Vivi Ervollino, and I’ve been in the culinary world since 2015, when I started—along with a colleague—the Marmitaria Papai na Cozinha. After that entrepreneurial experience, I took on management roles in the Leve e Saudável industry and at Restaurante Mastrô in Campo Grande (MS), expanding my experience in production, quality, and leadership.

In 2021, I returned to São Paulo to manage the kitchen of Espaço Real Itaim as the chef. One year later, I decided to start my own venture again—this time as a Personal Chef—offering a personalized and exclusive service tailored to each client.

In April 2026, I inaugurated Sálvia Casa de Congelados, bringing together everything I’ve learned to offer practical, delicious meals prepared with excellence.

Today, my purpose is to turn eating into an experience of care, convenience, and tons of flavor—either in my clients’ homes or through Sálvia’s products.
