With the Personal Chef service, you have a freezer stocked with real food, more day-to-day convenience, and variety in your meals. The menu is fully customized, designed around what you and your family truly like to eat. Swap fast food for meals that genuinely nourish your body — without sacrificing flavor and convenience. In addition to meal preparation, I offer cooking classes. Note: I provide a list with the quantities and ingredients needed; the customer is responsible for buying the packaging and ingredients.
