Personalized Meal-prep boxes A service designed to make your routine easier, with meals prepared according to your profile and preferences. Before cooking, we talk to understand your eating habits, likes, restrictions, routine, and number of meals. From there, I develop a customized menu. The service may include: • Menu planning based on your preferences and routine; • A complete shopping list with all the necessary ingredients; • Ingredient purchasing, if you prefer not to worry about that step; • Pre-prep and cooking of the meals; • Portioning and organizing the meal-prep boxes; • Guidance on storing and preserving the meals. Everything is prepared in a personalized way, aiming to combine flavor, convenience, variety, and organization to help make your day-to-day life easier. You tell me how you’d like to eat. I turn that into a menu and take care of the preparation.

Hello! I have a degree in Gastronomy from Universidade Positivo and have worked in the field for 8 years.

My journey has been built mainly within hospitality, where I had the chance to experience different kitchen styles and needs in a professional setting. I have experience with both large-scale production and more personalized preparations.

Over the years, I have worked with buffets, à la carte service, and preparing meal boxes (marmitas), developing hands-on practice, organization, and attention to detail at every step of the process.

Today, as a Personal Chef, I want to bring all of this experience into your home, preparing meals with care, quality, and great flavor—according to what you’re looking for.

It will be a pleasure to be part of your food experience!

What's included

Ingredients separate. The price above covers the chef’s work. You provide ingredients or ask the chef to shop (shopping service from R$ 100 + grocery cost).

Things to know

How payment works

  1. 1 You reserve and choose how to pay: Pix or card.
  2. 2 The chef has up to 24h to accept your request.
  3. 3 You pay when you reserve. If the chef doesn't accept, or something is wrong with the booking, we refund you in full.
  4. 4 Once confirmed, you chat with the chef to adjust the menu, dietary needs and timing your way.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before the event. After that, 30% refund.
