Contratei a marmita Fofinho mineiro e gostei muito do sabor e de como veio tudo bem embalado. Teve uns minutinhos de atraso na entrega e achei o tempero um pouco mais suave do que eu gosto, mas no geral gostei bastante.

Smoked bell pepper
Red bell pepper, smoked over wood, stuffed with baby ribs. Rice cooked in a clay pot, with red onion and corn.
Homemade artisan tortilla
A handcrafted tortilla filled with shredded ribs and a sauce made with smoked vegetables cooked in olive oil.
From the cerrado to the Atlantic forest
Passion fruit sauce with strawberry and honey. Purple grapes, apple, banana, and shredded coconut dipped in the sauce in their own coconut.
Fried Sweet Potato Croquettes
Fried yam croquettes served with lettuce and smoked ground pepper (ground pepper on the side as an optional add-on)
Table-side Pork Rinds
Artisanal smoked pork rinds made the real way, smoked on wood.

Chamamos o chef para um jantar pelos Jantares intimistas e o pimentão defumado recheado com costelinha e o arroz na panela de barro foram destaque. Ele chegou um pouco atrasado, mas a comida salvou a noite.

Fiquei encantada com o menu Da fazenda para a mesa - o torresmo na mesa e o bolinho de inhame estavam incríveis. O chef fez as compras, cozinhou na nossa cozinha e ainda deixou tudo limpinho. Recomendo demais.
