Contratei a Chef Anne para um jantar privado e foi excelente: montou o menu junto com a gente, as massas e molhos estavam muito bons, ela fez as compras e deixou a cozinha limpa. Recomendo.

About this experience
I prepare individual frozen meals of approximately 300g, combining carbohydrates, vegetables, and protein, as well as options for family meals. I also make personalized healthy meals according to a nutritionist’s prescription. I can work with my own menu or develop a menu with you, based on your preferences and needs.

I’m a gastronomy graduate from PUCPR and have over 10 years of experience in different catering services. I work with food production for events, buffets, and individual plated meals, always focusing on flavor, organization, and presentation. My kitchen includes dishes from regional Brazilian cuisine, seafood and fish, as well as sauces, pastas, grilled meats, and roasts. I also have experience producing frozen meal-prep containers (marmitas) for everyday life, with options for healthy eating, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals. In addition, I work with Brazilian and classic pastries and desserts, combining technique and care in every preparation.
