About this experience
Homemade personalized meal-prep containers for the week, with a menu put together according to the customer’s choice. Each option includes 3 carbs, 3 vegetables or salads, and 3 proteins, with combinations such as rice, beans, mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, chicken, meats, and omelet. I organize the ingredient list and go to the customer’s home to prepare the meal-prep containers, everything ready to eat. The customer can buy the ingredients or send me the amount so I can do the shopping.

Gostei muito das marmitas, principalmente do bife acebolado e da beterraba cozida; tudo com cara de casa. Só teve um atraso de uns 10 minutos na entrega, e o tempero veio um pouco mais suave do que eu costumo, mas no geral recomendo.
