Contratei o Chef Carlos para a Noite Portuguesa. O Camarão al Ajillo estava ótimo, bem flambado no conhaque, e o Bacalhau com Natas bem cremoso. Chegou uns 10 minutos atrasado, mas fez as compras, deixou a cozinha limpa e no final fiquei satisfeito.

Nunca pensei que um Bacalhau com Natas ficasse tão bom em casa. Os Folhados de Amêndoas fecharam a noite e o chef cuidou das compras e da limpeza depois - recomendo demais.
