Felipe Tompson Pessini is a chef with a strong track record in gastronomy, having worked in Brazil and abroad, including experience in professional kitchens in Spain and Portugal. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside major names in the culinary world, such as chef Erick Jacquin, building a consistent technical foundation and a keen eye for flavors and presentation.
Specialized in contemporary cuisine, he combines classic technique with creativity to create dishes using fresh ingredients and balanced combinations. He also develops personalized menus and gourmet meal-prep bowls, always tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
His work is guided by dedication, consistency, and a passion for cooking, with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences through food.

- 3 You pay when you reserve. If the chef doesn't accept, or something is wrong with the booking, we refund you in full.
- 4 Once confirmed, you chat with the chef to adjust the menu, dietary needs and timing your way.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48h before the event. After that, 50% refund.
