About this experience

The service includes a tasting menu of 4 courses (with the possibility to repeat one step of your choice, depending on availability), purchasing the raw ingredients, and cleaning the kitchen after the service. All dishes are original creations, using techniques from Michelin-star restaurants. A more intimate, discreet service.

From my first internship in the kitchen of Hotel Wood in Gramado/RS, with a menu signed by the chef chosen as Best Female Chef in Latin America by the English magazine “Restaurant” in 2015, and as the first chef of the kitchen at the Palácio do Planalto, Roberta Sudbrack, I have had a strong focus on seasonality and excellence in the quality of the ingredients. My work centers on classic European dishes, but I also create fusion and contemporary cuisine—author-style dishes built around your particular tastes.

How payment works

  3. 3 You pay when you reserve. If the chef doesn't accept, or something is wrong with the booking, we refund you in full.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before the event. After that, 50% refund.
