Chamei o Chef Lowndes pro pacote Um Cantinho a Beira Mar para um jantar em casa. O mini risoto de camarão com abóbora estava leve e bem temperado e o bolinho de bacalhau do chef fez sucesso; ele fez as compras e deixou a cozinha limpa. Teve um atraso de uns 10 minutos no início, por isso dou 4, mas fora isso recomendo.
Fiquei encantada com o jantar Notas de um Chef - pedi o Filé Mignon ao Molho de Nozes com Fetuccine ao Pesto de Tomate Seco e a sobremesa Parfait de Coco foi divina. O chef chegou no horário, preparou tudo com muito cuidado e ainda deixou a cozinha impecável. Recomendo demais para quem quer um jantar especial em casa.
Contratei a Cozinha de Autor pro meu jantar e o Sashimi de Salmão black no maçarico foi o grande destaque. Apresentação linda e sabor equilibrado; o chef foi super profissional e vou chamar de novo.
