I’m a professional chef with over 18 years of experience, most of it built in Michelin kitchens in Europe. That period allowed me to consolidate a strong technical foundation and develop a keen eye for excellence, precision, and creativity. I have extensive experience with different cuisines from around the world, and I work with signature cooking, combining classic technique, international influence, and my own distinctive identity. My journey is marked by a constant pursuit of quality, respect for ingredients, and the creation of memorable dining experiences.
