About this experience

My classes, workshops, and talks go beyond learning: they are experiences that bring together technique, culture, sensibility, and identity. With an approach that values ingredients, ancestry, and creativity, I guide the audience to see gastronomy as a language, an expression, and a form of transformation. Whether it’s a show-style class, hands-on immersion, or an inspiring talk, each meeting is designed to awaken the senses and connect people and stories.

Your chef

Chef Marcos oliver

Rio de Janeiro

Passionate about the art of cooking, I work as a Personal Chef, combining technique, creativity, and sensitivity to turn every meal into an unforgettable experience. My differentiator is personalization: each menu is thoughtfully crafted, respecting your food preferences, nutritional needs, and lifestyle.

With a focus on contemporary cuisine and influences from Mediterranean and Brazilian gastronomy, I bring to your table dishes that balance flavor, aesthetics, and affection. I cater to intimate events, exclusive dinners, and sensory experiences—always highlighting every detail, from selecting ingredients to the final presentation.

More than just feeding you, my purpose is to delight, create memories, and make every moment unique, enjoyable, and full of connection.
