Our menu and approach adapt to your culinary wishes—whether it’s day-to-day meal service with high-quality homemade comfort food, a complete Brazilian barbecue with traditional cuts and sides, or paella cooked on-site in the traditional pan (tacho) for your guests. We bring the full structure needed and also offer total flexibility: you can choose only the chef(s)’ service—bringing the ingredients—or the full buffet, in which we handle everything from start to finish so you don’t have to worry about anything.
