I’m a chef with 13 years of experience in the field.

I started my journey in Vitória, in Espírito Santo (ES), and then moved abroad, where I stayed for about 7 years. During that time, I worked with different culinary styles, and the ones that most left their mark on me were Mexican and Italian.

It’s in the Mexican kitchen that I truly feel at home—I genuinely enjoy preparing dishes with dedication and authenticity.

Chamei o Rafa pra preparar o Um jantar no México aqui em casa e foi ótimo. O trio de tacos baja estava crocante e o molho spicy no ponto, e a mousse de chocolate fechou a noite direitinho.
