My journey in gastronomy is shaped by a passion for the art of cooking, a constant drive to learn, and a commitment to excellence. My training includes courses in the culinary field, training at Le Cordon Bleu, an internationally recognized institution for culinary education. This has helped me refine my techniques and develop a more sophisticated view of gastronomy, along with a degree in Gastronomy planned for 2027. I believe that gastronomy goes beyond preparing food: it is a form of expression—capable of evoking emotions, creating memories, and connecting people. That’s why I strive to build a path defined by dedication, continuous learning, and a passion for turning ingredients into truly unique experiences.
