11 years of experience with Brazilian barbecue (churrasco), specializing in charcoal grill and parrilla, preparing all cuts with special care for roasts, sides, and accompaniments. I also work with Brazilian cuisine, including Feijoada (black bean stew), slow-cooked dishes, stews, and soups, as well as risottos and snacks. My focus is to blend flavor, technique, and variety to deliver a complete experience, with well-executed, memorable dishes.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before the event. After that, 50% refund.
