Cheff Jarbas Meurer
I graduated from the Senac Gastronomy School’s Faculdade de Gastronomia at Água de São Pedro, and I built my career in well-known establishments. I worked at Hotel Toriba in Campos do Jordão, at Carême Bistrô in Rio de Janeiro, at Restaurante Laurent, and at Restaurante DOM in São Paulo. I served as Executive Chef for 10 years at Pousada Ilha do Papagaio in Palhoça, and as Head Chef for 7 years at Terraço Cacupé in Florianópolis. Through these experiences, I developed menus, services, and events—always striving to combine technique, care, and flavor in every detail.

If the event has more than 10 guests, it is necessary to hire a kitchen assistant. Servers for hall service can be optionally added. Each additional staff member costs R$250.00

- 3 You pay when you reserve. If the chef doesn't accept, or something is wrong with the booking, we refund you in full.
- 4 Once confirmed, you chat with the chef to adjust the menu, dietary needs and timing your way.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24h before the event. After that, 50% refund.
